Return & Exchange & Shipping Policies

Our return policy is stated on your printed receipt at check-out. 
Reap + Sow has a 14 day return policy. 
We have 3 lovely dressings rooms so we encourage you to try on so that you can make sure you LOVE IT when you leave!
 
We do not do cash refunds. If something doesn’t fit, (darn it) we can exchange for a different size in the same item...if we do not have the item, we will issue store credit given in gift card form that can be used in store or online. You can also exchange for a different item at the time of return. 
 
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Shoes, undergarments, jewelry, z supply, Bed|Stu, Sale and Clearance items, pre-orders are FINAL sale without exception. (If you receive a damaged item we need to know within 3 days upon receiving to make the exchange)
 
Reap * Sow  has the right to refuse an exchange of the pieces are outside of the exchange window. We have the right to refuse an exchange if it is not in the condition it was when it was purchased. example: animal hair, smoke, odor, etc. Tags must be on the item. 
 
Exchange items must be from a smoke free, pet free home/car. Tags must be still in tact and must have the printed receipt. We will examine the piece to ensure that an exchange can be given. 
The R + S employees are aware of our policy and will be doing their job by following the policy. If there is ever a question, please reach out to Kacie for further explanation. 
 
-Shipping: We will ship out within 2 business days of your order, if you have chosen shipping. Consumer is responsible for returning item within 10 days of arrival. We will look over the product and make certain that all tags are in tact and in 100% conditon. We will then issue your store credit. 
If you are exchanging for a different size of an item, we will send you the new item when we receive your items!

In-store pickup option- We will hold your item for 10 days in the store. If you do not pick up your item after the 10 days, you will be refunded in store credit, and the item will go back in store or online. (Please, reach out to us via email or facebook if you have an exception.)
